Movement Research Workshop

This two-day workshop is designed to enhance your understanding of the body's capabilities through the exploration of animal locomotion, mobility, and organic strength modalities.

Participants will engage in a variety of activities that encourage spinal articulation, balance, and coordination, all while exploring the primal movements inspired by the animal kingdom. The workshop includes a blend of structured exercises and improvisational tasks that promote creativity and adaptability. Interactive partner games throughout the sessions will not only enhance the learning experience but also build community and foster connections among attendees.
